GEELONG has made two changes to its VFLW team that will play Carlton in their round 2 clash on Saturday at Ikon Park.
Renee Garing will play her first official game since giving birth to Parker last year.
Jane McMeel is the other addition this week and will make her VFLW debut. McMeel is a running machine from South Warrnambool. She was the winner of the 2022 Western Victoria Female Football League Best and Fairest.
Bree Beckley (unavailable) and Gabbi Featherston (concussion) are out for the Cats.
Geelong’s new-look VFLW team showed plenty of promise in its season-opener against North Melbourne and will be looking to build on that performance in Saturday's 11am clash where they'll be chasing their first win of the season.
All matches in the 2023 Smithy’s VFL and rebel VFLW seasons will be live streamed free via the AFL website, AFL Live Official App and VFL App.
