More than 5,000 people from regional communities across Victoria will be given free tickets to the match between Essendon and Geelong this Saturday night.
The game is part of the Powercor Country Festival that celebrates the contribution people living outside the metropolitan area make to the state.
The tickets have been made available in partnership with the AFL and the MCC.
They will be distributed to Victorian farmers, country football and netball clubs and state volunteer organisations including; the Country Fire Authority (CFA), State Emergency Services (SES), Life Saving Victoria, Royal Flying Doctors, Victorian Farmers Federation and AFL Victoria.
