Geelong has named their fourth debutant of the season with ruckman Toby Conway selected in the side to face Western Bulldogs on Saturday night at GMHBA Stadium.

The 20-year-old, 206cm Conway will join Oisin Mullin, Jhye Clark, and Cooper Whyte in playing their first AFL games during the 2023 season.

Conway is one of seven changes ahead of the Round 24 clash with Ollie Dempsey, Mitch Knevitt, Sam Menegola, Oisin Mullin, Brandan Parfitt, and premiership ruckman Rhys Stanley all coming into the team.

It'll be Menegola's first senior game since Round 22, 2022, and Isaac Smith's final AFL game after recently announcing his retirement.

Mitch Duncan will miss through suspension, while Tanner Bruhn, Jeremy Cameron, Brad Close, Tom Hawkins, and Esava Ratugolea will sit out through injury.

Zach Tuohy, Mitch Hardie, Sam Simpson, and Ted Clohesy round out the Emergencies.

Geelong have won their last five encounters against Luke Beveridge's men, whilst the Bulldogs haven't won in Geelong since Round 6, 2005.

The Cats will name their sub one hour before the 7.25 pm bounce.
