Prespakis has continued her rapid development into one of the competition’s top midfielders averaging 25 disposals, seven clearances, and seven tackles per game this year.

The 20 year old was also selected as Vice Captain in the AFLPA’s 22Under22 team, following a dominant season that has helped to lead the Cats to a Preliminary Final this weekend.

Nina Morrison has been rewarded for her incredible breakout season, averaging 23 disposals and five clearances per game alongside Prespakis in the middle.

The tough on-baller has also been a continual threat when she pushes forward, hitting the scoreboard in six different games this year to add another layer to her game.

Claudia Gunjaca is the third Cat nominated following her outstanding 2023 campaign, quickly becoming one of the league’s best key defenders and an intercept machine.

The 26 year old averaged over seven intercept possessions per game this season, while also averaging career highs in disposals, marks and rebounds.

These three Cats have spearheaded an incredible season for Geelong, leading the team to their first ever finals victory and knocking out the reigning premiers in the second week of the post season.
