Moloney on the Direction of her Game

I am always trying to find the extra mile.

As a sports person, and a very competitive sports person at that, I always want to have the upper hand. It is quite a new game to me, we often reflect and I think that I grew up in Ireland knowing what I was playing and I came out here completely on the back foot.

Knowing my skills and knowing what I can bring to the team has been quite amazing.

But there is always elements that I want to improve on, elements of composure around the ball and aerial marking is something that I need to add to my game.

The day that I rest on my laurels and begin to think that I know everything, will be the day that I retire.

Moloney on the Individual Accolades

I don't necessarily focus on it.

Every player is out there to win a grand final, so at the end of the day that is what you are striving for.

Any personal accolades that come on top of that are just a big plus and advantage, but for me and the team it is looking forward to this weekend coming and all eyes are on that.

Moloney on her Six Goal Haul

Obviously I enjoyed it a lot straight after the game, but your mind switches straight away to focus on this weekend.

We go straight back to the team focus, how can we do well, how can I bring myself into the game to benefit the team.

I was happy that I was able to do that, but looking forward to this weekend now.

We are hoping that we can go out and get a win on the board, to put ourselves in the best position moving forward.

Moloney on the Focus Heading into the Final Round

There are certain elements are in our control and certain elements are out of our control, but for us all we can do is control what we can control.

We just want to try and put our best foot forward, go out and try the win the Adelaide game.

It will be a very tough task as we all know, Adelaide have been quite a good team and have been for a number of years.

The best thing we can do is just go out and put our best foot forward.
