Lowther on Friday Night's Clash

100% we are confident.

Our last four weeks have been really positive, we are hitting the scoreboard really consistently, we are kicking straighter at the moment which is great. Our pressure has lifted, it is almost similar to last year where we are increasing our on field performance at the end of the season.

The challenge is to do it more consistently throughout the front half clearly, but we are finishing strong.

What a way to finish too, against a hot Adelaide Crows who are playing for a top four position.

They have a lot to play for and so do we.

Lowther on Nina Morrison's 50th AFLW Game

It has been well publicised, the journey that we are talking about with the early setbacks.

But I think lessons learned in that space has really propelled her into what the competition needs around standards, expectation around performance, preparation, time spent studying the game and her mentorship around the program has driven our on field performance.

It has also changed us off field in how we prepare, how we get ourselves ready to play a combative game. That has all stemmed off the back of Nina's leadership and the way she presents herself.

A strong leader on the field, a strong leader off the field and she is going to be someone that will be at this club in a leadership role for a long period of time.

It is a credit to her and a privilege for me as a coach to spend as much time with her as I do.

Lowther on the State of Play

Obviously we will know pretty quickly Friday night.

But if we win Friday that is fabulous, we get another night sleep where we wake up the next day and say we still have some hope.

We are very realistic on this weekend's games and where they might land, but our mission is to prepare for a red hot Adelaide and bring the pressure that is required.

Lowther on the Health of the List

We have 21 players this week, you would have seen the injury list that we have got and it is quite extensive which is a bit of a shame.

But we have got our team ready to play against the Crows, which will be a really highly combative game.

The 21 that take the field against Adelaide tomorrow night will be ready to go.
