The AFLPA has announced their 2024 AFLW 22Under22 team presented by Torrens University Australia, with Geelong superstar Georgie Prespakis selected in the team for the fourth consecutive season. 

Not only did Prespakis make the team in 2024, but the star midfielder has also been voted in as captain of this year's 22Under22 team. 

Prespakis ranked as third highest voted player in the competition, selected in 75% of teams which was narrowly behind Charlie Rowbottom (78%) and Matilda Scholz (77%). 

A fan-voted concept that recognises the best 22 players aged 22 and under for the entirety of a season, the AFLPA today announced a team of 22 from an initial squad of 44 players.

For a player to be eligible, they were required to play at least 50 per cent of home and away season games and were rewarded for their consistency across the season.

Georgie Prespakis put together another terrific campaign in 2024, averaging over 20 disposals, six clearances and six tackles per game across nine matches.
