GEELONG will honour the late Kevin Higgins on Saturday night by wearing black armbands in its round 16 clash with the Western Bulldogs.
Higgins played 128 games and kicked 35 goals for the club between 1970 and 1978.
Higgins was a much-loved member of the Geelong and District Football Community through his involvement at Newtown.
He sadly passed away at the age of 68.
Our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this time.
