Gary Ablett has received the maximum possible allotment of coaches votes for his best-on-ground performance against the reigning premiers.

Ablett produced a career-high five goal assists in the outing, along with 28 disposals, eight inside 50s and five clearances.

Geelong’s other Gary was also recognised by the coaches, with Gary Rohan receiving five votes from Chris Scott and Adam Simpson.

Rohan booted four goals and took ten marks in the victory, taking his tally to 11 majors from the past month of football.

The Cats completed a clean sweep of the votes, with Patrick Dangerfield, Tom Stewart, Mark O’Connor, Jake Kolodjashnij and Mark Blicavs rounding out the vote-getters.
