FIVE THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR:
1. NIGGLE … LOT'S OF IT
Although the Cats edged out Fremantle by two points in their most recent clash, the Dockers have held the edge in games between the two sides in recent times. In fact, Freo has won four of its past six matches against Geelong, and those wins include two finals in Victoria. The Dockers have repeatedly managed to get under the Cats' skin, so expect them to come out niggling on Sunday.
2. A NEW OPPONENT FOR STEVIE J
The battles between Steve Johnson and Fremantle tagger Ryan Crowley have become legendary in recent years. But Johnson won't have to worry about his old nemesis on Sunday thanks to Crowley's ban for taking a banned substance. Nevertheless, the Dockers are likely to send another tagger to Johnson. Clancee Pearce appears set to be handed the job, if the comments made by Freo's Paul Duffield in a press conference on Tuesday prove to be a reliable guide. Who will play on Johnson was also spoken about at length by Cats VFL manager Troy Selwood in this week's edition of PodCats.
3. A RAUCOUS CROWD
There are plenty of tickets – both standing room and seats – available for Sunday’s big game, so get on board and grab one to ensure we greet the Dockers with a cauldron-like atmosphere. Click here to grab your tickets.
4. A JUMP UP THE LADDER?
Following the 62-point loss to Hawthorn on Easter Monday, the Cats find themselves sitting in 17th position on the ladder. It is the first time they have been lower than 12th since round 1, 2007.
