The Cats have elected to accept Tom Hawkins' one-match suspension for striking Greater Western Sydney defender Phil Davis.
As a result, Hawkins will be miss Saturday night's blockbuster against North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.
The Match Review Panel assessed the strike as being intentional, low impact and high contact.
If the Cats had chosen to contest the suspension, Hawkins would have been risking a two-match ban if the MRP's verdict was upheld.
