FIVE THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR:
1. RHYS STANLEY IN THE RUCK
The Cats' decision to drop ruckman Dawson Simpson means recruit Rhys Stanley will carry most of the rucking load against Suns giant Zac Smith. It shapes as a battle of the mobile big men, as both Stanley and Smith can really cover the ground. Stanley will receive back-up in the ruck from Mark Blicavs and Mitch Clark, and he'll need it. He has played only two games – one in the VFL and one in the AFL – this season so far.

2. SOME YOUNG SUNS TO STEP UP
Rodney Eade’s team goes into Sunday’s game without its best player, Gary Ablett, who will miss an indefinite period due to shoulder problems, and one of its emerging stars, Jaeger O’Meara, who is out for the season due to a knee injury. The Suns have made a host of changes to their line-up, with Trent McKenzie and Aaron Hall among the players returning from the purgatory that is the NEAFL.
3. COOL HEADS
There no panic at the Cats despite the poor start that sees the team sitting on the bottom of the AFL ladder. Mark Blicavs explained how the playing group is handling the situation when he spoke to SEN radio on Thursday morning. "We're not letting this slide, in term of wanting to play better football," Blicavs said. "But it's only two games, so there's another 20 or so left in the season to correct it and get it right. We're not panicking at the moment, that's for sure."
4. ANOTHER BIG MARGIN?
Geelong’s 29.14 (188) to 6.2 (38) victory over Gold Coast in round 20, 2011, is one of only two matches in VFL/AFL history to have a margin of 150 points. The other was Fitzroy's 34.16 (220) to 10.10 (70) win over North Melbourne in round 13, 1983.

5. AND HERE ARE A FEW FROM OUR FANS …
@Adam_McNicol An improved workrate for the entire game. The lack of sustained effort has been glaring in the first two rounds.

@Adam_McNicol @GeelongCats A win,nothing less

@Adam_McNicol less handballs to blokes standing still and therefore immediately under pressure, better spread when we have the ball

@Adam_McNicol @GeelongCats the 4 points would be nice
