The VFL Cats will kick off 2015 with a series of four practice matches before their season officially begins in April.

The first three matches will be played on home turf at Simonds Stadium, where the VFL Cats will host Collingwood’s VFL side on Saturday 14^thMarch, Richmond VFL on Saturday 21^st March, followed by the Footscray Bulldogs on Easter Saturday.

Hitting the road for their last practice match, the VFL Cats will battle it out against Essendon VFL at the True Value Solar Centre in Tullamarine on Saturday 11^th April.

On Friday 17^th April, the VFL Cats will kick off Round 1 with a night meeting against the Werribee Tigers at Avalon Airport Oval at 7.30pm.

Practice Match 1 – VFL Cats v Collingwood VFL @ Simonds Stadium - Saturday 14th March, 12.00pm

Practice Match 2 – VFL Cats v Richmond VFL @ Simonds Stadium – Saturday 21st March, 12.00pm

Practice Match 3 – VFL Cats v Footscray Bulldogs @ Simonds Stadium – Saturday 4th April, 11.00am

Practice Match 4 – VFL Cats v Essendon VFL @ True Value Solar Centre – Essendon Training Ground, Tullamarine, Saturday 11^th April, 12.00pm

Entry to all practice matches is free of charge.

For all VFL practice matches at Simonds Stadium seating will be in the Reg Hickey Stand, Moorabool Street wing.

Entry will be via the Polly Farmer Gate only for these matches.
