Bundy: A huge loss for Cats
A number of injuries at the beginning of the season has left hard-to-fill gaps in the Cats senior list
This year the Cats have faced a number of gaps in their list due to an early strike of injures.
On Argue the Toss, Hamish McIntosh and Scott Gullan discuss which players they’d like to see back on side before the intense part of the season hits.
The one player that has left an apparent hole in this year’s list, according to Gullan, is Geelong’s speedy midfielder Allen Christensen.
“I want Bundy Christensen, he’s a contested ball winner, he’s quick, he kicks goals - he is a spark. I think he’s definitely the most missed person in this team at the moment,” Gullan said.
On top of Christensen’s return, McIntosh also looks forward to welcoming back young Cat, Josh Caddy, into the midfield.
“He had a super preseason and he was playing some great footy and it looked like he was going to take his game to the next level.”
“We’ve been missing him as well - he’s an inside ball winner so it would be great to get those two guys back.
