GEELONG has made four changes to its Round 2 team that will host Brisbane at GMHBA Stadium on Friday night.
Second-year Cat Francis Evans will make his debut for the Club.
Plucked from obscurity after just two matches at NAB League level with pick 41 in the 2019 National draft, Evans has been rewarded for an impressive pre-season.
Joining Evans in getting a call-up for Geelong's Round 2 clash are Charlie Constable, Zach Tuohy and Jack Henry.
Tuohy's return is a timely one for the Cats who will be missing some midfield depth with Patrick Dangerfield and Sam Menegola out of the side through suspension and injury respectively.
Their absence has opened the door for Charlie Constable to get an opportunity in the best 22 this week after collecting 6 disposals from 13% game time after coming on as a medical sub during the fourth quarter of Geelong's Round 1 loss to Adelaide.
Henry has also earned a recall after being named in the Bendigo Bank Cats' best in the VFL last weekend.
Zach Guthrie and Josh Jenkins have been omitted.
Geelong's medical sub will be named 60 minutes prior to the first bounce at 7.50pm AEDT.
