Aishling Moloney and Nina Morrison stellar seasons have been recognised with the star Cats named in the AFLW All Australian squad.
The initial squad is comprised of the 42 best players from the 2024 season, before a panel selects a final team of 21 players, which includes a captain and vice-captain.
Moloney has been selected to the first All Australian squad, following a brilliant year in just her second AFLW season.
Geelong's spearhead finished tied at the top of the AFLW's goal kicking leaderboard, booting 21 goals for the year, the most goals kicked by an individual in a single AFLW season. She is also the first Irish-born player to take home an AFL/VFL/AFLW league leading goal kicker award.
Along with her scoring prowess, Moloney averaged over 14 disposals and three tackles per game.

Dominating through the midfield all year, Morrison also pushed forward at times and booted five goals to have an impact in Geelong's attack.
The final team of 21 players will be announced on Monday November 25th at the AFLW Awards.
