We take a look at which Cats are in the selection mix ahead of our round five match against Port Adelaide on Saturday.
George Horlin-Smith
Keen to add to his tally of 47 games after a dominant VFL performance against Sandringham with 31 disposals, 6 tackles and 7 clearances. Adds another option for the midfield if brought in.
Timm House
Was spectacular down back with 26 touches and 8 marks. Standing at 194cm, a big chance to make his debut against Port Adelaide if Geelong want more height down back.
Stewart Crameri
Worked up and down the ground to collect 21 disposals and a goal. Might need a couple more games to build match fitness.
Charlie Constable
Another solid performance after being named emergency for the senior team. Finished with 24 disposals and 6 tackles, showing that he loves the contest.
Jackson Thurlow
Collected 29 disposals playing wing/half back. Rebounded from the back 50 11 times, showing that he is an option if the Cats want more attack from the back half.
Zac Smith
In tough conditions for a ruckman, Smith stood tall in the wet, finishing the game with 18 disposals, 24 hitouts and a goal to push his case for senior selection.
