Tim Kelly has taken a comprehensive five-vote lead atop the AFLCA coaches votes leaderboard with yet another best-on-ground performance.
Kelly leads the overall standings by five votes from Patrick Cripps, with Brodie Grundy, Marcus Bontempelli and Lachie Neale coming in at third, fourth and fifth respectively.
The second-year Cat shared the spoils alongside Tom Hawkins after the weekend’s win over the Suns, with both players taking home nine votes apiece.
The game marked the eighth time this year Kelly has earned eight votes or more, two times more than any other player in the league.

Other Cats to receive votes included Mitch Duncan (two), Gary Ablett (two) and Cam Guthrie (one).
Duncan kicked three majors for the third time in four weeks to go with 27 touches, while Ablett added two of his own and 20 disposals.
Guthrie continued his strong midfield form with 21 disposals, six clearances and six inside 50s.
